Within one working day on every plan, including the free trial. Firm plan customers get a named contact and priority in the queue. There is no plan on which you wait longer for an answer about your own money.
Tell us straight away and do not issue the certificate. Send the project reference, the certificate number, the figure you expected and the figure you see. A calculation error in a payment certificate is the most serious kind of bug we can have.
Pick a live job with a valuation due in the next two weeks. Enter the contract form, contract sum and retention rate, put in the sections you are valuing this period, and produce the certificate. Yes. Enter it directly or bring it in, keeping your sections and subtotals. If you have a bill in an awkward format, email it to us and we will tell you the quickest route rather than leaving you to fight it.
Retention is deducted from payments, so QScope counts it against certificates actually issued, not against variations merely approved. If the figure changed at practical completion, that is the rate halving as JCT requires. The breakdown under the figure shows what it is made of.
Check the link has not been revoked in the project team panel, and that you sent the whole address including the code after it. Guest links are per project, so a link to one job will not open another.
Account, then the team card. Invite by email and they set their own password on a one-time link. Give each surveyor their own login rather than sharing one: a shared password makes every entry in the audit trail say the same name, which is the same as recording nothing.
All from your own account, without emailing anyone. Update the card, download invoices and cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
Export at any time, including during the trial and after it ends. After a cancellation your data stays available for export for 60 days. If you need longer, ask before that runs out and we will hold it.
